Happy Holidays

2 min read
Happy Holidays everyone! Pikachu waves

Christmas was great this year. I was able to buy my mom a present this year without having to go to the store with my dad for once. Got her a ton of Tyler Perry movies that haven't air on television yet (BET reruns the same TP movies each week!). In the end, she was really happy and we spent the day binge watching a couple of them. :D

As for my presents, I got a $25 dollar amazon gift card from my dad and an $50 dollar one from my mom. Besides that, my mom gave me some house shoes since I manage to rip the right foot shoe each year. Being eighteen in my family means that I have to let my my little half brother, nieces, and nephews (all on my dad's side) get the most presents.

I'm upset by this at all. Now I buy BB Roller Brawl and Tomb Buggy off amazon and maybe the racing packs. Oh, I need a sky vehicle too! Skylanders are basically unpopular and a taboo where I live. And did mention that it was Spring/Early Summer weather for the past few days?

Anyway, I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday they celebrated and are enjoying their vacations off from school, work, ect! Get ready for the New Year!

My fall semester of college will be over next week after Wednesday 12/9. I learned a lot in my Graphic Design class and I hope to learn more in my Creativity and Idea development class in the Spring.

My only problem is that I still have to take English and Math classes which are on a totally different campus than the art classes. I have to drive halfway across the city (almost crossing a state border) to attend my Graphic Design class, but it is worth it.

Last Sunday I bought Skylanders: SuperChargers from Gamestop, and I'm happy to say this is my favorite Skylanders game out of them all for many reasons. The game's narrative was a lot stronger, there was major character development for two characters that was unexpected, and even some neat references to the comic books. Online mode was a great new feature and including co-op alongside the races was a nice touch.

If there's one thing I dislike though, it would have to be the Bandit Train level (its level placement felt kind of weird).

All in all, David Rodriguez, :iconjbellio: and the rest of the Vicarious Visions team did an amazing job on Skylanders: SuperChargers.

As of right know I have Turbo Charge Donkey Kong and Super Shot Stealth Elf. I was going to get Nightfall and Sea Shadow or the Sea Action pack, but the Gamestop employee I talked to needed to figure out how to set up the SuperChargers merchandise. I didn't want him to go back there and try to find any of the toys so I asked for just the game.

Hey everyone, I know it's been a long time since I posted a journal, but I had to say that I am going to college soon! I'm majoring in Graphic Design and was curious if any of my watchers have taken the class before. What was it like? What type of works did you do?

I'm really excited for it. Skylanders: SuperChargers, Mario Maker, Hyrule Warriors for 3DS, and many more games. Sorry for the lack of artwork again. I've been working on a few that will be uploaded probably sometime next week. One of them I'm going to submit to Archie Comics to the Sonic or Mega Man fan art section (if they take in fan art for the Worlds Unite crossover).

Oh, and my last week of school was May 14 and I graduated on the 30th!:D Now I just need to wait for colleges.
