Dr.Neo Cortex, the mad scientist who is always defeated by the heroic Crash Bandicoot, has finally returned to is castle lair after being stranded on a moon with a znu mutant for 3 years. Upon his arrival back he noticed that only Nina, N.Gin, Tiny, and Dingodile were present. No Uka-Uka.

"Dr.Cortex!" N.Gin screamed like a raving fan. "You've return! We have miss you ever since Crash and his delicious sister stopped your NV device scheme." N.Gin ran to hug his master, but, Cortex moved to the side and N.gin ran into a wall. Cortex took a seat at the meeting table.

"Where's Uka-Uka?" Dr. Cortex asked, already knowing the punishment for his actions. You see thee last time Cortex saw Uka-Uka is when the grimly mutants where... milking him for mojo. "Whatever he has to do just bring it on!"

"Oh we don't know Doctor," Tiny said. "Uka-Uka left two years ago."

Dr. Cortex's eye brows raised, a smile grew on his face, "You mean Uka-Uka isn't here, he's absolutley not here?"

"Yeah uncle, he was pretty ticked off about last time so he packed his bones and left Earth," Nina explained. "Does this mean, we get to have that payed vacation?"

"Good question shelia," Dingodile added. "I need some earnings to take that sexy Twana Bandicoot to a fancy resturant."

"No and No," Cortex answered, still with a smile on his face. "This means were going back to old school first game evil baby! I've had a plan that will help me defeat Crash Bandicoot once and for all, but we need some bandicoots, plutonium, and a genesplicer device."

"...Is that all you were thinking about on the moon?" Nina asked her uncle, raising an eyebrow.

"Being alone with a mutant that only wears underwear gives you time to think Nina," Cortex answered. Just then the doorbell rang.

"Crikey, its Twana!" Dingodile said, as he dashed for the door. N.Gin just shook his head in the disgust.

"How can an ugly Dingo-crocodile hybrid get a sexy lady to go out with him?"

"Why are you so obsessed with bandicoot girls?" Nina asked disgusted.

At the front door, Dingodile opened it and was surprised to see a teenage boy, about Nina's age, with a similar n on his for head, black hair,a back pack, and Madam Amberly's private school clothes. "Either your a boy scout or your related to the Doc."

"I'm Dr.Cortex's nephew, Nico Cortex. Is he and my sister Nina here?" the boy asked. "This is the address that my father gave me." Dingodile let the boy into the castle. Nico was amazed by the design and midevil themes his uncle had.

"Nico my boy," Dr.Cortex said upon seeing his nephew again. "My my, you have grown quite a bit since the last time I've saw you."

"Yeah, since the last you saw me I was like six years old," Nico said, crossing his arms.

"So what brings you here little bro?" Nina asked putting an arm around Nico. "There's nothing exciting here except seeing uncle get yelled at by Uka-Uka." Cortex raised an eyebrow at her. "Oops, did I say that outloud?"

"Anyway, Nico, how would you like to receive an early birthday present?" Cortex asked getting out one of his and Nina's trademarked ray guns.

"My birthday was two months ago," Nico said, tapping his foot. "And Nina already gave this cool backpack with metal octopus tentacles that come out at my command."

"Okay then..." Cortex said, pondering on how Nina could have saved up that much money. "Still take this ray gun, you and Dingodile will be needing it on this important assignment the two of you will be doing!"
